*Board of Appeal members will be attending a Workshop in South Paris after this meeting.
1. Call to Order: The regular meeting was called to order at 4:45 PM.
2. Attendance: Members present were Chairman Don Verrill, Jim Bishop, Marianne Izzo-Morin – Recording
Secretary, (Absent - Anne Pastore & Sharon Matthews)
3. Quorum: Board had a quorum.
4. Secretary’s Report:
A. Meeting Minutes from August 21, 2008. Motion to accept minutes. JB/MIM – Unanimous.
5. Election of Vice Chair:
A. Lenny Addler will no longer hold this position, he was voted in as Board of Selectmen at a special town meeting September 4, 2008. Motion to nominate MIM as Vice Chair. DV/JB - Unanimous. Motion to nominate Anne Pastore as Recording Secretary. MIM/DV – Unanimous.
6. Administrative Appeal
A. None.
7. Appeal for a variance.
A. None.
8. Discussion and comments from Board:
A. None.
9. Miscellaneous:
A. None.
10. Upcoming Dates:
A. Next meeting will be October 16, 2008 at 7:00PM.
